Personal Training

Personal training includes a review of fitness goals, relevant assessment, and a record of progress in the training program. Travel* cost is also included.

  • Individual Personal Training: $30/ 15-minute unit

  • Partner Personal Training: $45/ 15-minute unit

Fitness Classes

Fitness classes consist of a comprehensive warmup, exercise that targets the class objective, and cooldown; all directed toward a broad audience with a spectrum of progressions for those that want a greater challenge.

  • Up to 12 participants: $75/ 45-minute class

  • Choose from: Tai Chi, Balance, Flexibility, Strength Training, Distance Running

 

*Travel: The Movement Guru Mobile Training serves the majority of the South Bay with no travel cost; in some cases a small fee may be agreed upon to subsidize excessive travel.
